How do you reflect on the past year?
As I reflect on the journey myself, and the Workiz Community have embarked on together, my first and foremost thought is gratitude. I want to thank our amazing customers, their trust, feedback, and partnership have been the cornerstone of our growth and innovation. Without it, this journey would not have been possible.
This past year at Workiz was transformative. We didn’t just embrace AI; we wove it into the fabric of every department. The result? Unprecedented efficiency, an impressive roster of new clients, and exceptional growth. But our commitment to innovation didn’t stop there. We launched dozens of new features designed to empower service professionals to operate more effectively and profitably, getting at the heart of their needs.
2024, AI and why you should care?
Looking ahead, our focus is on practical and impactful AI. Think of it like a well-crafted hammer in the hands of a skilled tradesperson. It’s not just about having the tool; it’s knowing when and how to use it. Never doing anything redundantly, our research team collaborates with our customers to tailor AI solutions that truly fit the field.
In 2024, big changes are coming to our communication center, aiming to boost efficiency and enhance dispatcher work, making the daily field service routines that much easier. Imagine typing with auto-complete; and not only does it speed up one’s work, but it also polishes one’s professionalism, which goes a long way with customer satisfaction. Our auto-complete is more personalized than any before it, as it takes into consideration the context, previous correspondence and jobs, as well as the role of the dispatcher and customer, etc and offers responses based on what it has learned.
This is a game-changer for the industry because a dispatcher often has to sift through an abundance of customer’s history taking much valuable time to answer a prospect’s inquiry; but with our auto-complete it does it in less than a second, while taking in the entire context of the customer and their history, saving the dispatcher time and money. In addition, it will also offer multilingual capabilities, allowing teams to engage with a broader customer base and opening up to endless possibilities.
