Job Management

Restoration jobs may have several technicians or contractors involved. They may take several site visits to complete. Specialized equipment or tools may need to be left onsite and collected later. With real time updating, your technicians can change the job status as work progresses. Workiz will track the current job status and how long a job has been in that stage. Set custom alerts to notify you when a job status has gone on too long. Schedule one or more technicians/contractors to a job and designate a primary tech. Custom fields can be setup to notify technicians about special tools or equipment required for the job. Assign technicians Tasks to drop off or pick up equipment, ensuring your business’s assets are not left behind.
