I’m dreaming of new technicians: Unwrapping solutions for the trades shortage

Jeff started his professional career as a high school teacher in Arlington, Texas. He taught a variety of classes, primarily centered around agricultural sciences and natural resources. In 2016, he was hired as the General Manager of a small HVAC company based out of Weatherford, Texas. In 2018, he and a business partner initiated the process of acquiring that HVAC company, with the deal closing at the end of 2019. After losing a key team member in 2021 and undergoing the process of finding a replacement, Jeff concluded that there had to be a better way to hire within the trades, but such a solution was elusive. Two years and a significant amount of hard work later, Trade Jobs has emerged as the go-to hiring platform for the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing trades.
