Match the Right Tech to the Right Job

At Workiz, we know how important it is that you have the ability to be as quick and efficient as possible. That’s why we’ve come up with a new feature that will allow you to productively send the right tech to the right job.

Why does this matter?

When your dispatcher receives a new job, they have to assign a tech to it. With the new User Skills Feature, you can make sure your dispatcher is assigning the tech with the appropriate skillsets and work locations. This will minimize any mistakes or delays, leaving no doubt that the tech being dispatched is the right person for the job.



Here's How it Works

  1. Click on “Team” on the left-side menu
  2. Click on one of your users
  3. Input the fields your user is skilled in
  4. Input the metro areas that your user services
  5. When you schedule a job, your user list will now be filtered according to the users who match the area and the required skills for the job
