You Can Now Set Your Invoices to Send Automatically

At Workiz, we know that time is money. When you have recurring clients, it can take a lot of your time to send each individual invoice. With new automatic invoicing, just set it and forget it.

What Is It?

Sometimes you may have a returning client and you end up having to send them multiple invoices per week, month, or year. With automatic invoicing, each client will receive one invoice for all the jobs that have been completed for them. You choose how often they get the invoice, when, and at what time. Then, at that time, all the client’s jobs that are marked as “done” will be consolidated into one invoice so that you don’t have to worry about it!

How To Set It Up:

Easily set up automatic invoicing
  1. Go to “Clients” in the left-hand menu
  2. Select a client
  3. Click on “Turn On Auto Invoicing” 
  4. Choose whether you want the invoice to be sent daily, weekly, monthly, or annually
  5. Select the date and time you want the invoice to go out
  6. Hit save
That’s it! Now, all jobs marked as “done” for that client will be consolidated and sent at the time you chose.
