Increase your business credibility with automated review requests

Business reviews play a major part in growing your field service business. Most clients will not take the time to post a positive review. That’s why it is important to reach out and ask for a review as soon as the job is done, and even while the technician is still at the job site.

With Workiz you can easily send your client an automated review request by SMS or email with a direct link to your business profile page on Yelp, Google Business Listing, Trustpilot and more…
The client will receive the notification as soon as the job status change to “Done,” while your technician is with the client.

Good practice is to encourage your technician to request a review from the client, while they’re still there and onsite.

How to set up an automated review request with Workiz:

  • Go to the Setting Icon > Setting > Notification.
  • Click on the “Add New” button on the top right corner.
  • On notify: Select “Assigned Client.”
  • Notify by: Select “SMS” or “Email” for your preferred delivery method.
  • By “Time” or “Status” select the “Status” option.
  • On status: Select the “Done” status.
  • File your subject and message for your completed job notification and review request.
    with a link to your profile page.

You can copy and paste the following example:

Hi {{first_name}},

Your {{job_type}} has now been completed.
